Terms of Service
Last updated: September 9, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of relayMe, a service operated by IMS Productions (“relayMe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using relayMe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use relayMe.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to agree to these Terms.
If we determine that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may close the account.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for your account and for activity that occurs through it.
You must provide accurate information where relayMe requires it and keep your account credentials secure. Do not share passwords, access another person's account without permission, or attempt to bypass account security.
You may not create or use accounts to evade a suspension, block, restriction, or other enforcement action.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
3. Using relayMe
relayMe provides social features including voice posts, comments, private and group messaging, live rooms, profiles, and other communication tools.
You may use relayMe only in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and the relayMe Community Guidelines.
You are responsible for what you post, say, upload, send, or otherwise make available through the service.
The Community Guidelines explain what conduct is and is not allowed on relayMe. They are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Violation of the Community Guidelines may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create and submit to relayMe.
This includes your posts, recordings, comments, messages, profile information, and other material you provide.
By submitting content to relayMe, you give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide relayMe and its features.
For example, if you publish a voice post, we need permission to store the audio and deliver it to users who play the post.
When you delete content, we will stop using it through the active service except where it must remain temporarily in backups, moderation records, or other records described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit content you provide to relayMe.
Do not upload or distribute material in a way that unlawfully violates another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
5. Public and Private Content
You control where you choose to share content, subject to the features available through relayMe.
Public posts, public comments, profiles, and participation in public spaces may be available to other relayMe users.
Content shared through private messages or restricted groups is intended for the participants who have access to those spaces.
Private does not mean end-to-end encrypted or technically inaccessible to relayMe. Our Privacy Policy explains how messages are stored and handled.
You should not assume that another user will keep something private merely because it was originally shared in a private conversation.
6. Live Rooms and User-Managed Spaces
Live rooms, groups, and other user-managed spaces are subject to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
Room hosts and group administrators may establish additional rules for spaces they manage and may remove participants or content where relayMe provides those controls.
A decision by a host or group administrator does not automatically represent a service-wide moderation decision by relayMe.
Our Privacy Policy explains how live-room participation, audio, and related features are handled.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
relayMe may review reports and take action where we reasonably believe these Terms or the Community Guidelines have been violated.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Take no action
- Issue a warning
- Remove content
- Restrict access to specific features
- Suspend an account
- Permanently close an account
We are not required to use these actions in a particular order.
We may consider context, severity, account history, repeated conduct, and risk to other users or the service.
A report is not proof that a violation occurred, and receiving multiple reports does not automatically result in enforcement.
Where available, significant moderation actions may be eligible for appeal.
8. Abuse of the Service
You may not interfere with the normal operation, security, or integrity of relayMe.
This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; bypass security measures; intentionally exploit vulnerabilities against relayMe or its users; distribute malware; overload or disrupt the service; or use automation for spam, abuse, manipulation, or other harmful activity.
You may not use relayMe to impersonate another person for fraudulent or malicious purposes.
This section does not prohibit good-faith security research.
9. relayMe Plus and Paid Features
relayMe may offer paid features or subscriptions, including relayMe Plus.
Prices, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, and other purchase information are presented when you subscribe.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you select according to the terms presented at checkout.
Subscriptions may renew automatically where disclosed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel an active subscription using the cancellation options relayMe provides. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not necessarily reverse charges already processed.
Refund rights are governed by applicable law and the terms presented when you purchase.
We may change the features included with a paid plan. If a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we may provide notice where appropriate.
10. Service Changes and Availability
relayMe is an evolving service.
We may add, modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue features.
We may also temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical problems, abuse prevention, or other operational reasons.
We do not guarantee that relayMe or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using relayMe at any time and may delete your account using the options provided by the service.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe:
- These Terms have been violated
- The Community Guidelines have been violated
- The account presents a security or safety risk
- The account is being used for fraud or abuse
- The user is under 18
- Continued access creates significant legal or operational risk
Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or account removal.
We are not required to continue providing service to an account that has been permanently removed.
Sections of these Terms that reasonably need to survive account deletion or termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disputes, disclaimers, and liability, remain effective after termination.
12. Intellectual Property
relayMe, including its software, branding, design, logos, and other materials provided by IMS Productions, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not give you ownership of relayMe or IMS Productions intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit relayMe except where allowed by law or where we have expressly authorized it.
13. Third-Party Services
relayMe relies on third-party services for certain features, including services described in our Privacy Policy.
Those services may have their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for services operated independently by third parties, although we remain responsible for how relayMe itself uses those services as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Feedback
If you voluntarily send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about relayMe, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve or develop the service.
This does not give us ownership of unrelated content you create or submit through relayMe.
15. No Guarantee About Other Users
relayMe provides tools that allow users to communicate with one another.
We do not control everything users say or do, and we cannot guarantee that another user will be truthful, respectful, lawful, or safe.
Use appropriate judgment when interacting with people you meet through relayMe, particularly before sharing personal information or interacting with someone outside the service.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
relayMe is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that the service will always operate without interruptions, bugs, data loss, security incidents, or other problems.
We also do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of content provided by other users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IMS Productions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of relayMe.
This may include loss of data, lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or damages resulting from content or conduct by another user.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
18. Your Responsibility for Claims
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or costs resulting from your unlawful use of relayMe, your material violation of these Terms, or content you submit that unlawfully violates another person's rights.
This provision does not apply where the claim results from relayMe's own unlawful conduct.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as relayMe changes.
When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this document.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may also provide notice through relayMe or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of relayMe after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
If you do not agree to an updated version, you may stop using relayMe and delete your account.
20. If Part of These Terms Is Invalid
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Failure by relayMe to enforce a provision in one situation does not waive our right to enforce it later.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the relayMe Privacy Policy, the relayMe Community Guidelines, and any additional terms presented for a specific feature or purchase form the agreement between you and IMS Productions regarding your use of relayMe.
If additional terms for a particular feature conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms apply to that feature.
